Payment terms are agreed per product, volume and Incoterm. Initial orders are typically settled on loading or on delivery. Established accounts then move to credit terms of up to 30 days from delivery, under a frame agreement.
Each batch is supplied with the producer's certificate of analysis against the agreed specification, and independent inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas can be arranged at loading. Every consignment carries full chain-of-custody, customs and HSE documentation. PANATRADE is a Congolese company in good standing with the ARSP.
