• Quote requests. When you complete the request form, we collect your name, company, work email, telephone number and the details of your enquiry (product, delivery site, quantities and any message).
• Direct contact. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the content of that exchange and the contact details you use.
• Technical data. Standard, non-identifying information about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device type), to keep the site working and improve it.

Why we use it

• To prepare and send you a quotation, and to follow up on it.
• To carry out the counterparty checks (KYC) required before a first shipment.
• To answer your questions and manage the commercial relationship.
• To maintain the security and performance of this website.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who can access it

Access is limited to the team members who need it to handle your request, and to the service providers who operate our website, hosting and email tools on our instructions. Where a supply contract requires it, information may be shared with the carriers, clearing agents or producers involved in your consignment.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and related correspondence are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for three years after the last contact. Data forming part of an executed contract is kept for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax and customs rules.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it. Write to contact@panatradesupply.com and we will respond within one month.
